One of Arts Express’s core activities involves taking art materials and equipment out into the public realm, be that public events, festivals, schools, community centres or corporate events, and engaging the public in making their own work of art.  In this sense we work as a travelling art school, bringing art equipment and expertise to people.

We work with professional artist tutors to deliver workshops in stone carving, wood carving, screen printing, block printing, painting, drawing, mosaics, ceramics, construction in card and other art activities.

These workshops are designed to allow people to explore a particular media and make a work that they can take away with them. They can also be tailored to incorporate different themes or areas of school curriculum.
